Here's a small sampling of the programs that we are developing.
General Panel Discussions
Black Lives Matter and Our Stories Matter. Every community faces common challenges that manifest differently. The topics in this area will focus on a holistic approach to understanding issues impacting the national community, as well as our own and identifying practical solutions.
Subject Specific - Professional Development Panels
There are many challenges facing black professionals today and these discussions are designed to help address them. Topics will range from starting points such as how to prepare for an interview, to advance discussions about entering and navigating the workplace. Entrepreneurial sessions will also be included to address the needs of those pursuing a career outside of the traditional corporate environment.
Personal Development & Mentoring
Programs in this area will include ongoing efforts to connect TKK professionals with young adults ages 18 -30, through one-on-one conversations, group meetings and resource support.
